POTENTIAL BARRIER ESTIMATION WITH A GRAPHICAL METHOD

چکیده

In this work, a representative graphical method was used to estimate the potential barrier at grain boundaries in polycrystalline materials. The equation for determination of trapping density states is closely related doping concentration layer. obtained results showed that crucial parameter estimating maximum value. This strongly depends on size and, consequently, boundary width. conduction (or transport) properties represented by thermionic current and effective mobility also prove dependence. Also, are good agreement with experientially measured values from previous works.
